iii. Solution

Editorial writing and content

We create content that helps communicate with clarity, coherence and purpose. We write for organisations, institutions, cultural projects and professionals who need to turn ideas into text that can inform, connect and build trust.

Many organisations and professionals know their work well and know what they want to say, but need support to organise their information, find the right angle, and turn it into content that is clear and relevant to their audiences. Our work is to give that thinking its proper shape, through writing that is rigorous, coherent and suited to its context.

We write for the spaces where your organisation shows itself to the world every day: your website, your newsletter, your digital channels.

  • Website copywriting. Writing home pages, service pages and websites with a clear structure, a coherent voice and a fluent reading experience — including, where a project calls for it, a dedicated landing page to introduce a work, project or specific campaign.
  • Newsletters. Designing and writing newsletters that sustain coherent, ongoing communication with each organisation’s community.
  • LinkedIn and digital content. Creating editorial content for LinkedIn, blogs and other digital channels as part of a communications strategy. This service does not include community management or day-to-day social media handling.

We give shape to the documents through which an organisation presents itself, reports on its work, or shares what it does.

  • Institutional content. Text for organisations, foundations, NGOs, cultural institutions and educational projects. This includes institutional presentations, annual reports, project documents, campaigns, informational materials and key messaging.
  • Executive reports. Turning complex information into documents that are clear, well structured and easy to follow.
  • Presentations and speeches. Organising and writing talks, conference papers, public addresses and institutional presentations.

And when a project calls for more than information — when it calls for a story told well, with the quality of a genuine editorial undertaking.

  • Articles and publications. Researching, structuring and writing informative, professional, cultural and specialist articles.
  • Storytelling. Building narratives that explain the purpose, identity and impact of an organisation or project.
  • Writing for editorial projects. Developing content for books, collective publications, catalogues and other editorial projects.

Every piece of content begins with an understanding of the project, its aims, and the people it speaks to. Artificial intelligence can support certain tasks within that process, but the research, the editorial decisions, the narrative structure and the final review remain a matter of our own professional judgement.

What kind of content do you write?
We write across three broad areas: digital content such as website copy, newsletters and LinkedIn or blog content; institutional documents such as reports, presentations and key messaging; and narrative or editorial projects such as articles, storytelling and writing for books and other editorial publications. Whatever the format, the approach is the same — clear, rigorous writing suited to its context.
Do you work with artificial intelligence?
Yes, where it is useful. Artificial intelligence can support certain tasks within the writing process, but the research, editorial decisions, narrative structure and final review remain a matter of professional judgement — never delegated to a tool alone.
Can you take on a single newsletter or a one-off article?
Yes. While many of our clients work with us on an ongoing basis, a single newsletter, article or piece of content is equally welcome — the scope and rhythm of the work are agreed together, based on what your project actually needs.
Does this solution include social media management?
No. We create editorial content for channels such as LinkedIn, blogs and newsletters, but this service does not include community management or the day-to-day handling of social media accounts.
How does the process begin?
As with all our work, we begin with a conversation — understanding your project, your objectives and your intended audience — followed by a clear proposal with defined scope and timeline. From there, we move into the writing and editorial process itself, with shared reviews at every stage.
