Only through our contact form: name, email address, the type of project you’re interested in, and the message you write. In addition, as part of the site’s technical operation, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically receives standard browsing data (IP address, browser type) needed to serve the site securely.

3. Purpose of processing

We use this data exclusively to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads to a project, to manage that service. We do not send promotional communications or use your data for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form; our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functional; and, if you hire a service, the performance of the corresponding contract.

5. Sharing data with third parties

We share data only with the providers that make the site possible: Resend (sending the email generated by the contact form) and Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure). Both act as data processors under a confidentiality agreement, not as third parties with their own purposes. We do not sell or transfer your data to anyone else.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers (Resend, Cloudflare) may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area. When this happens, it is done under the corresponding legal safeguards, such as the European Union’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, although no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Data retention

We retain contact form data for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, at most, 24 months from the last contact if it does not lead to a project. If you hire a service, we retain the associated documentation for the period required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.

You can access, rectify, delete, object to processing, or request portability of your data, by writing to us through the means indicated in section 12.

All texts, articles, essays and content produced on commission will become the exclusive property of the client once the service is completed and payment has been made in full. Angie Vásquez Books assigns the corresponding rights in full.
