No. Artificial intelligence doesn’t replace your team’s knowledge — it strengthens it, when it’s integrated with method. Our approach is built specifically to keep professional judgement at the centre of the process, not to hand it over to a tool.
How does the diagnostic process begin?
It begins the same way as all our work: with a conversation to understand your organisation, followed by the observation and analysis stage of the Método Bitácora — looking at how you currently communicate, research and document your work, before any change is proposed.
Does this method help us comply with AI transparency regulation?
Yes, directly. Since August 2026, the EU AI Act requires that AI-generated content without human review or clear editorial responsibility be labelled as such. The Método Bitácora is built on the opposite principle from the start: every stage requires human understanding and judgement before moving forward. Working under this method doesn’t just improve the outcome — it also leaves your organisation better positioned against this requirement.
